Hey everyone welcome to PSP-Heavens forums. please Register to get the most out of these forums. First of all, we have to lay down some rules:

Rule 1. No Slagging or Insulting anyone on this forum in any way at all.

Rule 2. You are not allowed to ask for links to ISO's/ ROM's on these forums. if you want to do so, you can PM (private message) people to ask for links. You may talk about them if you want, but asking for where to get them is not allowed.

Rule 3. No Racial Remarks Whatsoever.

Rule 4. Try Not to spam at all. spamming is leaving a message on a forum that has no meaning whatsoever such as "HaHaHaHa" or "haha HaHaHaHa".
Dont Spam!

Rule 5. Advertising. We are not that strict about advertising. There is a section for advertising your site. Also, a link in your sig is perfectly fine. Although, a link to a porn site or spyware download is not acceptable. If you advertise in Mass all over the forums, and PM other users advertising, you can expect a permanent I.P. Ban.

Rule 6. Maximum of 1 image Sig per User (except GTA Modding Crew). Sig Dimension limit is 500 x 390. Though mostly we'd prefer it if it wasn't so Big.

Rule 7. Enjoy the Forums!

And now, aside from the Rules, we Have some tips and other things to point out.

1. Moderaters get More control than registered users on these forums. they also have lots more power. If you are interested in becoming a Moderater, e-mail us at psp-heaven@hotmail.com.

2. If you wish to have someone banned from these forums, please e-mail or PM us to let us know. And dont just try ban someone for no reason, just because you dont like them, or else we'll ban you for doing so. So, to wrap things up, you must have proof of abuse to get someone banned.
We can Ban Usernames, temporary or permanent, e-mail addresses, temporary or Permanent, and I.P. addresses temporary or permanent.

3. The Ranking system goes like this: *New Updated Rank System*
Newbie- Posts: 1
PSP Regular- Posts: 5
PSP Legend- Posts: 15
PSP Genius- Posts: 40
PSP Mastermind- Posts: 100
PSP God- Posts: 200
Ultimate PSP Player. Bow Down- Posts: 500
